How your details are used.

When you submit an enquiry (consultation, floor plans, market report, or seller/landlord request), we collect only the details you enter — typically your name, phone number, email, and any notes about your intent.

Those details are used solely to respond to your enquiry. Where the email notification service is configured, a copy may be sent to the authorised lead-notification inboxes so Momin and his team can reply promptly. All submissions are stored in a secured database that is not publicly accessible.

We record basic technical context with each submission (page URL, referrer, UTM parameters, a one-way hash of your IP, and user agent) to help attribute enquiries and prevent abuse. We do not sell your information.

Only when you accept marketing cookies, and only where the Meta integration is configured, we load Meta Pixel in the browser and send a matching Lead event to Meta's Conversions API server-side (with your email and phone hashed before transmission — raw values are never sent to Meta). You can decline or change this at any time using the "Cookie preferences" link in the footer. Essential enquiry submission works without marketing consent, and no data is sent to Meta unless you consent.
